This newest creation by Michele Copen is a "MUST HAVE" for anyone who has fallen in love with French Bulldogs. She totally captures the spirit of these funny, faithful, fabulous little dogs in her books. I loved her first book and now that she has been brave enough to work with energetic, unpredictable puppies, I think her second is even more intriguing. Michele is able to catch their personalities in so many poses. She matches her creative captions to them so perfectly that they seem to speak to you. I anxiously await her third book to add to my collection.
Michele Copen has done it again. Her photography and ability to capture a certain moment or expression is amazing. Each picture is a window to a tiny personality that has a definite statement to make for anyone who cares to listen The book has a gentle healing quality about it so that if you pick it up after a hard day's work, stress just seems to melt way into nowhere. Michele Copen has a rare talent for animal photography. I have seen many books by others covering many breeds including French Bulldogs and have bought many of these books. However,there has never been anyone who seems to be able to see right into the heart of the dog or connect enough with them. None of the "Frenchie" books by others can compare. Both of her books are to be treasured by any Frog Dog Lover or just anyone who really appreciates top of the line work and pets.
I have purchased both books for my niece who is a Frenchie owner and I cannot wait for Michele to produce a third book.
If you have never really looked at her work you are really missing out.

This book was absolutely perfectly titled, as it will surely be stealing the hearts of everyone who opens it.
The photos are perfectly shot, the haiku-inspired messages are just beautiful and the puppies are truly delightful.
Michele covers several holidays and the puppies are pictured in an array of settings that relate to each holiday; birthdays, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween and more. Each shot is cuter than the one before (if that is possible). Michele offers cards, dry erase boards and more with some of the images on them and a card with the birthday puppy licking frosting off his nose is on my refrigerator in a place of honor. I smile every time I see it!
This book is a delightful addition to any Frenchie lovers library. Plus, I plan to be sending it to everyone on my Frenchie Christmas List. I heartily endorse and strongly recommend this book to any French Bulldog fan. Thank you, Michele, for your passion for the breed and your dedication to the dogs.
